1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India, including:

  • All major cities and metro areas
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Rural and remote areas (subject to courier serviceability)
  • Union Territories

Note: Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times. We will notify you if your location requires additional delivery time.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹500
  • Applicable to all locations
  • No minimum quantity required
  • Automatically applied at checkout

Standard Shipping

  • Orders below ₹500: ₹50
  • Remote locations: ₹75
  • Calculated at checkout
  • Based on delivery location

4. Order Processing

Processing Timeline:

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediate email/SMS confirmation upon successful payment
  2. Order Processing: 1-2 business days for verification and packaging
  3. Dispatch: Order shipped within 2 business days
  4. Tracking: Tracking number sent via email/SMS once dispatched
  5. Delivery: As per delivery timeframes mentioned above

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location and product availability.

6. Order Tracking

Track your order easily through multiple channels:

  • Email/SMS: Tracking link sent once order is dispatched
  • My Account: Login to your ReadFlow account and check order status
  • Courier Website: Use tracking number on courier partner's website
  • Customer Support: Contact us for real-time updates

7. Packaging Standards

We ensure your books are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit:

Packaging Materials:

  • Sturdy cardboard boxes
  • Bubble wrap for protection
  • Sealed with tamper-proof tape
  • Waterproof packaging

Quality Checks:

  • Books inspected before packing
  • Secure packaging to prevent damage
  • Invoice and delivery note included
  • Eco-friendly packaging materials

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make the following delivery attempts:

  • First Attempt: Delivery attempted at provided address
  • Second Attempt: If unsuccessful, another attempt within 24-48 hours
  • Third Attempt: Final delivery attempt
  • Return to Origin: If all attempts fail, order returned to ReadFlow

Note: You will be notified via SMS/email before each delivery attempt. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

9. Undelivered Orders

If your order cannot be delivered due to the following reasons, it will be returned to us:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable after multiple attempts
  • Customer refused to accept delivery
  • Location not serviceable by courier

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

10. International Shipping

Currently, ReadFlow ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working to expand our services globally in the future. Please check back for updates.
