Return Conditions

Books Must Be:

  • Unread condition: No highlighting, writing, or markings
  • Original packaging: Books should be in original condition
  • Complete set: All items as originally delivered
  • Invoice included: Original purchase receipt required
  • No damage: Customer-caused damage not accepted
  • Clean condition: No stains, tears, or odors
  • Protective covering: Original plastic wrap if applicable
  • Accessories intact: Any included bookmarks, CDs, etc.

How to Return

Online Return Request:

  1. Log into your ReadFlow account
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Find your order and click "Return"
  4. Select items to return
  5. Choose return reason
  6. Upload photos if required
  7. Submit return request
  8. Receive return authorization

Pickup & Processing:

  1. Schedule free pickup (eligible orders)
  2. Pack books securely
  3. Attach return label
  4. Hand over to pickup agent
  5. Track return shipment
  6. Quality check at warehouse
  7. Refund processed upon approval
  8. Confirmation via email/SMS

What Cannot Be Returned

Condition Issues:

  • Books with any writing or highlighting
  • Damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Books with missing pages (customer caused)
  • Stained or soiled books
  • Books with strong odors

Policy Restrictions:

  • Returns after 7-day window
  • Personalized or customized books
  • Digital products or e-books
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Books without original packaging
