How to Cancel Your Order:

  1. Log into your ReadFlow account
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Find your order and click "Cancel"
  4. Select cancellation reason
  5. Confirm cancellation
  6. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for books in their original condition. Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

Damaged Products

  • Physical damage during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing pages or binding issues

Wrong Product

  • Different book received
  • Wrong edition or language
  • Incorrect quantity delivered

Quality Issues

  • Poor print quality
  • Significant description mismatch
  • Counterfeit products

Return Conditions:

  • Books must be in original condition (unread, unmarked)
  • Original packaging and invoice required
  • Return initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Books should not have any writing, highlighting, or damage
  • Personalized or customized books are not returnable

Refund Process

Refund Timeline:

  • UPI Payments: 3-5 business days
  • Refund processed to the same UPI ID used for payment
  • Instant refund in some cases (subject to bank processing)
  • Notification sent via email/SMS once refund is initiated

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price refunded via UPI
  • Shipping charges refunded if product is damaged
  • Return shipping may be deducted for customer returns
  • No processing fees for UPI refunds

Return Process Steps:

  1. Initiate return request online or call customer support
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack the book securely with original packaging
  4. Schedule pickup or drop at designated location
  5. Track return shipment status
  6. Quality check at our warehouse
  7. Refund processed upon approval
  8. Confirmation sent via email/SMS

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Same product exchange for damaged items
  • Different product exchange subject to price difference
  • Exchange shipping charges may apply
  • Original condition and packaging required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Books with any writing, highlighting, or markings
  • Damaged packaging due to customer handling
